CLIENT GOALS:
i-Gard was looking for a lead-generation tool and venue to review a paper on grounding practices and ground-fault protection methods, highlighting their merits and drawbacks. i-Gard was looking for a way to provide additional information, review associated problems and discuss solutions for their customers.

PENTON SOLUTION:
A live webinar was agreed to be the perfect vehicle to deliver their information to the EC&M audience and allow i-Gard to answer the market's questions about the material in a live presentation.

RESULTS:
More than 1,400 people registered for the event. Over 700 people joined the live event, and close to 100 questions were submitted by the audience.

CLIENT:
Samtec

CLIENT GOALS:
Client sought to increase market awareness of its brand, showcase new products and effectively re-purpose its existing marketing assets to the Electronic Design audience.

PENTON SOLUTION:
An eMedia center was designed to house a multitude of Samtec marketing assets. In an effort to drive traffic to the eMedia center, an Electronic Design promotion program was crafted that included roadblocks, text promotions and updates when fresh assets were posted.

RESULTS:
The marketing program - originally intended to run 6 months - was extended another 2 months due to the healthy quantity of leads generated. Quality marketing efforts and organized reporting produced just over 800 categorized, time-stamped leads for Samtec.
