eNewsletter Series, Banner Ads, Distribution CLIENT: Kraft Foods CLIENT GOALS: Kraft Foods was seeking a creative approach to an integrated marketing campaign that would give Kraft an opportunity to have reoccurring touch points and top-of-mind benefits with their customers. PENTON SOLUTION: An e-newsletter campaign was crafted that strongly reinforced Kraft banding and positioned the company as a trusted industry resource that cared deeply about subjects that ranged from food safety to fighting hunger. Quarterly Magazine, eNewsletter, Career Guide CLIENT: Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) CLIENT GOALS: The Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) enlisted Penton to produce its quarterly magazine, Fire Protection Engineering. PENTON SOLUTION: After producing five issues on its own, SFPE found that its team's forte was overseeing fire and safety engineering issues rather than producing a quarterly magazine. The association asked Penton to manage the magazine more efficiently, increase circulation, upgrade the design, and uncover additional avenues of growth. RESULTS: Today, Penton executes all aspects of publishing for Fire Protection Engineering, including project management, editorial management, creative design, production, printing, distribution, and advertising sales. The Fire Protection Engineering brand has expanded over the last few years to include a bi-annual special supplement, Careers in Fire Protection Engineering; an eight-time e-newsletter, Emerging Trends; a microsite; and an online career board. eMedia Center CLIENT: Texas Instruments CLIENT GOALS: Texas Instruments wanted to increase market awareness of its brand and effectively re-purpose its existing marketing assets to the power segment of the Electronic Design audience. PENTON SOLUTION: An e-media center was designed to house a multitude of Texas Instruments marketing assets and a promotion plan was then put in place to drive traffic to it through an Electronic Design promotion program that included everything from digital ads to text promotion in various e-newsletters. RESULTS: The marketing program developed to support the microsite has exceeded all promises to the client, quarter after quarter since October 2009.
