Differences Between Google & Bing in Search Engines

Since Google and Bing are the two leading search engines among researchers, it's important to understand the differences in algorithms in order to rank highly in both. I've heard numerous times, "Why is my website appearing on the first page for this keyword on Google and not within the top 100 pages on Bing?" The answer is due to the fact that both search engines consider different factors when ranking the various websites.
